Welcome.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, and an EMDRIA Certified Therapist™.

Much of my practice has been dedicated to working with individuals who have achieved significant success in their careers and personal lives, yet find themselves facing challenges that accomplishment alone cannot resolve. The pressures of leadership, high expectations, demanding careers, complex relationships, perfectionism, and the constant need to perform can create stress, burnout, loneliness, and a sense of disconnection that is often invisible to others.

My practice is designed to provide a thoughtful, confidential, and highly personalized therapeutic experience. I understand that individuals who are accustomed to solving problems and caring for others often need a space where they can step away from expectations, speak candidly, and explore the deeper patterns influencing their lives and relationships.

Together, we explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that have shaped your life, creating space for insight, healing, and lasting change.

Areas of Practice

Adults

Many of my clients come to therapy not because their lives are falling apart, but because they recognize that success and fulfillment are not always the same thing. They have built meaningful careers, met significant goals, and carry substantial responsibilities, yet find themselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, dissatisfied, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. Often, they are seeking more than symptom relief—they want deeper self-understanding, stronger relationships, greater emotional resilience, and a life that feels as rewarding internally as it appears externally.

Ut students

Given my location in West Campus, I also work with many University of Texas students. Academic life can be demanding, competitive, and often overwhelming. Whether you are struggling with stress, anxiety, perfectionism, relationship concerns, questions about identity and direction, or the transition into adulthood, therapy can provide a space to gain perspective, build resilience, and navigate these challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

female Survivors of sexual abuse and sexual ASSAULT

Approximately 1 in 5 American women will experience sexual assault throughout their lifetime. In my experience, shame, blame, and guilt, are 3 of the most common symptoms that remain long after the abuse ended. I see women who were sexually abused in their childhood and have never talked about it before, women who were assaulted by a close friend or relative, and survivors of all ages and backgrounds. There is no experience too terrible to tell; every single human is worthy of healing and self-love. No matter your experience or story, you will receive compassionate care in a judgment-free space. Healing is possible and achievable!

adult attachment issues

I specialize in attachment trauma which happens from years of toxic family dynamics, a childhood filled with physical or emotional neglect, abuse, or unhealthy parent-child relationships. As an adult, you may notice you have trouble making and keeping healthy relationships. This might be a result of your current attachment style. Together we can learn about your attachment style, how it developed, and how it’s impacting your current relationships. We will learn how to have and hold onto healthy, satisfying, platonic and romantic relationships.
