Session fee.

Shelby’s fee per 50-minute session is $180.

This means that you are responsible for the $180 fee at the time of service, and can submit a Superbill for insurance reimbursement on your own. I can provide you with a Superbill which is a specialized receipt for insurance reimbursement, and you can submit the claim to insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursement is unique according to your individual plan so you will need to contact your insurance company to understand how much of the fee will be reimbursed. You are responsible for full payment at the time of service.

Please understand that starting therapy with Shelby means you will not be able to use your insurance benefits. Please ask any questions you have about this before book an appointment. Thank you.

Due to the nature of private practice, any appointment cancelled within 24-hours of the session time will be charged the full fee for session. I’m happy to discuss this further, please let me know if you have any questions about this policy.
